Survey potential sites, evaluate water head and water flow, and determine the best turbine type and capacity for optimal energy generation.

Design & Planning

Engineers draft turbine designs, considering factors like Water head, water flow, pressure, and desired output. Customization may be required for specific sites.

Material Selection

KBA 1056 6 + 2 (including UV) offset printing machine, KBA 105 5 + 1 high-match offset press, Heidelberg five-color high-match offset press

Casting & Forging

Melt metals to form turbine blades, rotors, and other components. Ensure precision for efficient water flow and energy conversion.

Machining

Precision-cut turbine parts using CNC machines. Ensure components fit together seamlessly to avoid energy losses.

Assembly

Assemble turbine components, including blades, shafts, and generators. Ensure tight connections to prevent leaks and inefficiencies.

Quality Control

Test assembled turbines under simulated conditions. Check for defects, inefficiencies, and potential improvements.

Installation

Transport the turbine to the site. Install it in the waterway, ensuring it’s securely anchored and connected to the grid.
